Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return the goods to us at any time within 30 days of receipt, free of charge.
Return for Classic Mask, Script Mask, Lace Mask, Classic Mask Set: please note that due to hygienic reasons our care masks cannot be returned when the warranty seal is broken.
Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.
1) Place the completed return form and the goods in the package (you can reuse our packaging for this purpose)
2) Stick the pre-paid return label (enclosed with your order) on the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible.
3) Now seal the package to prevent damage during transport.
4) Take the return package to a post office, DHL Packstation or your nearest DHL Paketshop (see https://www.post.at/suche/standortsuche.php for more details).

If you have already paid, we will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card. If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly. With payment by cash-on-delivery, the purchase price (without C.O.D. charges) is refunded once you have notified us of your bank details. To do so, please contact our Service Centre at 0800 27 98 279.
