You may return ordered products that do not meet your expectations free of charge within 30 DAYS of receipt of the shipment.
Returns of the Classic Mask, Script Mask, Lace Mask, Classic Mask Set as well as the AURORA Mask and AURORA Scarf Mask are subject to limitations: please note that our care masks cannot be returned if the guarantee seal is damaged for hygienic reasons.
1) Place the return slip and products into the packaging (you can reuse our packaging).
2) Stick the enclosed pre-paid return label visibly on the outside of the package.
3) Now seal the package so that it is not damaged during transport.
4) Drop off the return shipment at your nearest DHL Service Point (you can find these at https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home/our-divisions/parcel/business-users/business-services/servicepoints.html)
If, contrary to expectations, there is no return slip enclosed or you have accidentally disposed of it, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
