Payment & Ordering

 

  • How does payment by credit card work?
    We accept the following payments by credit card: Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Your credit card will of course not be charged until the ordered articles have been sent. If you pay by credit card, you must provide the card verification number of the credit card you are using. This three-digit verification number is usually found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. American Express credit cards have the four-digit check number on the front. By requesting this card verification number you can ensure that the customer has his / her credit card in front of him and that no incorrectly used card numbers are given by third parties during the order. Because of this, it is neither stored on the magnetic strip nor printed on the payment documents. Furthermore, to protect your credit card details, your full data is transferred encrypted via SSL server and are thus secure against access by third parties. In the event of credit card misuse by an unauthorized person, you can lodge a complaint with your credit card institution. In case of confirmed abuse, you will receive a refund.
  • How does PayPal work?
    PayPal is a payment provider that allows you to pay online quickly and easily. As soon as you have a PayPal account, you only need to provide your e-mail address and password when ordering. After sending your order, you will be redirected to PayPal and release the order value.
  • What is the minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order value.
  • Can I see where my order is?
    As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an email with further details on the delivery date. In this email you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.
  • Can I place my order on the phone?
    In the mobile version of the Wolford online shop you can conveniently order products using your mobile devices.
  • How do I place an order?
    After you have added at least one item to your shopping bag, click on your shopping bag in the upper right corner of the online shop. In the menu that appears click the option "go straight to checkout". Clicking on that option will take you to the beginning of the ordering process and you can specify the shipping method, shipping address and payment method. In the last part of the ordering process, you only have to click on "Contine to place order" and confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions. Afterwards enter your payment information and click “Pay” to complete your order
  • It is possible to change or cancel my order? If so, how?
    Due to the automatic processing of your order a subsequent change or cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse to accept the package or return the package free of charge in order to receive a full refund.
  • How I will be informed about the delivery of my order?
    You receive a notification via e-mail when your purchase is dispatched, at that time you will also receive the tracking number from us. 
  • What is the minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order value.
  • Is this product available?
    The product details page shows the avaibility of the product.
  • Can the online shop provide details on the re-delivery of individual items?
    You cannot your country's customer service by e-mail or by telephone to learn about the avaibility of individual items. The e-mail address of American customer service is service.unitedkingdom@wolford.biz. By telephone, this can be reached toll free at 0800-27-98-279 (Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm, Saturday: 8am-6pm).
  • How long does the delivery take?
    Standard Ground shipping usually takes up to seven business days to deliver, and is free of charge. If you want your order faster, Express and Overnight shipping options are available during checkout for a surcharge. Please be advised that only orders that we receive until 10:30 am (Eastern Time) can ship out on the same day. All orders that are received later than that will ship out on the next business day. 
  • Do you deliver abroad?
    Goods ordered at www.wolfordshop.co.uk can only be delivered to the recipient within the United Kingdom. Customers from other countries have the opportunity to order from the Wolford online boutiques serving their country. Click on the flag in the upper-right corner of your browser in order to change your country or language.

Shipping

  • How much are the shipping costs?
    The standard delivery is UPS ground and is always free of charge and therefore no minimum order value is required. We also offer UPS Express Shipping for £18.75 for those that need their order expedited.
  • Do I have to pay costs for mutliple orders?
    If you choose the "standard delivery" option, you do not have to pay shipping costs because they are always free of charge. However, if you have selected the "Express Delivery" option, you must pay the shipping costs for each individual purchase. Furthermore, an order cannot be combined with another order after it has been completed in the online shop.

  • What happens with my data?

  • How do I delete my user account?
    To delete your account, please send an e-mail to service.unitedkingdom@wolford.biz or use our contact form on the site. We only need your e-mail address and your first and last name.
  • How can I register at the Wolford Online Boutique?
    If you are not yet a Wolford costumer, you can register at the following link. After registering, you can manage your personal information at any time in the "My Account" setction.
  • Can I place an order without a user account?
    You can also place an order as a guest, but you must provide your e-mail address so that we can send you a confirmation mail for the executed order. In addition, this e-mail contains a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment. 
  • Can I register with my Wolford costumer number in the online boutique?
    You cannot use the My Wolford customer number with which you registered in a Wolford store in the Online Boutique. However, you can create an online Wolford account
  • The registration in the Online Shop does not work
    Enter your e-mail address and your personal password in the field "my account". Then click on "LOGIN". If the login does not work, you can request a new password via the "Forgot your password? To ensure the security of your data, you will need the e-mail address you used to sign up for your personal account. Your new poasword, which you can then change individually, will be sent to you by e-mail. Since only you or authorized person have access to your e-mail account, your password will not be transmitted to unauthorized third parties.
  • What are cookies and what are they used for?
    Cookies are small data sets, which are stored on web pages, in order to ensure a re-recognition on a new visit. Cookies are a common application that improves service and comfort for the user. You can use the security settings on your bowser to switch off the saving of cookied at any time or prevent them from happening. In order to place an order at the Wolford Online-Boutique, however, the security settings of your browser must allow you to write cookied on your computer. The Cookies link provides instructions on how to change your cookie settings, depending on the browser.
  • How can I change my costumer's details?
    To make changes to your customer account, simply click on the "My Account" field in the Wolford Online Shop and log in with your e-mail address and password.   • How can I make sure that Wolford has received my return?
    Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to the e-mail address you have entered during the ordered process.

    Return are always free of charge in the Wolford Online Shop.

    You can exchange underwear and jewelry, but they must be in an unworn condition.

    Please note that we can only take back those items purchased at the Wolford Online Boutique. 
  • Where do I send complaints due to product errors?
    If, despite our careful quality control, products purchased in the online boutique are unsatisfactory, please return these items to us with the enclosed return label and the return reason "complaint". Please note that for organizational reasons only products bought at Wolford Online or in the Online Outlet can be returned via mail. If you purchased your products at a store, use our Store Finder to quickly ascertain the location of the boutique where they were purchased and inquire there for a prompt exchange or refund.
